True Custom, a mill-working fabricator focused on residential kitchen and closet remodeling, came to us as a startup with the intent of making a mark in the South Florida luxury residential remodeling market. After a year of turbulent growth, the organization needed strategic help positioning itself, service design to streamline its processes, branding and marketing work necessary to establish a presence, and support with other startup setup activities. After a year of working with the organization, OSD has successfully built a marketing machine and operational standardization that has helped the founders scale.

We learned much about the South Florida luxury remodeling market and its dynamic change since COVID. As more senior managers and executives flocked to South Florida, the local prices of single family home real-estate skyrocketed, causing local residents to bunker down on their current properties and new-comers to accept properties with renovation needs.

A stellar brand architecture and logo mark were created based on the work done in Discovery. The brand focused on the theme of bespoke and custom building. The message changed from highlighting the firm's products to the customer's imagination, and True Custom being the catalyst of those ideas into form.
